Eliot Hall, HKU2021
Having earned my PhD from HKU under the guidance of Prof. Yizhou YU, I embarked on a career at CUHK with Dr. Dou Qi as my advisor. Both campuses provide exceptional environments for hiking, and I also derive immense enjoyment from biking to work at CUHK. Being situated in Hong Kong, I relish exploring the vast natural world and the diverse cultures spanning from Greater China to across the globe.
Over the past few years, my concentration has centered around computer vision and graphics, with a primary focus on leveraging deep learning techniques. I am intrigued by the exploration of various representations for visual data, encompassing not only images but also 3D environments. My thesis delved into generative models of point clouds and super-resolution; however, my current endeavors are predominantly geared towards NeRF-related tasks.

has always been my passion. I firmly believe in the spirit of free software and aspire for the cyber space to remain open and egalitarian. My expertise encompasses programming across a range of languages, enabling me to tackle diverse tasks spanning operating systems, GPU computation, encryption, and networking.
